The GHA programme is led by a team based in the UK offices of Development Initiatives - an independent UK-based organisation that has been working with the OECD’s Development Assistance Committee (DAC) and a number of bilateral donors and NGOs on statistical and policy analysis for aid and poverty reduction for over 20 years.
