Report Synopsis

In this briefing we analyse humanitarian aid from Arab donors and put these contributions in the context of other donor governments. In addition we analyse Arab donor contributions to the Horn of Africa and the Arab Spring.

And we pray to you all the Saudi Arabia Humanitarian Donors for Allah’s Guidance and may the Almighty Allah rewards you abundantly-amin. At last my community have started building an Islamiyyah School but could not complete it. May I implore your help to please assist in accomplishing the Jihad. I’m from Katsina-Katsina State of Nigeria. There are so many other Projects that may need your assistance such Mosques, Islamiyyah Schools, Orphans etc.

Saudi Arabia has given the largest volume of humanitarian aid amongst Arab donors (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait), a total of US$2.1 billion between 2000 and 2010.  The UAE has been the second largest Arab donor in this period, US$793.1 million
